Ecco una pietanza davvero stucchevole: la mozzarella in carrozza!
La mozzarella si mangia in tante forme e varietà, cruda e cotta, ma la ricetta che la vede protagonista in tutta la sua grazia è proprio quella della Mozzarella in carrozza, piatto rigorosamente campano.

Appena abbiamo visto le foto di questo straordinario progetto, ci è venuto in mente un albero fiorito… al posto dei rami abbiamo visto dei lunghi bracci metallici e i fiori colorati sono stati trasformati in bicchieri da cocktail pieni di liquidi dalle sfumature cangianti.
