This one is a cole slaw made w/jicama and a garlic & lemon dressing. I served it with smoked baby back ribs. The battery ran down in my camera before I could get a shot of the ribs.

I love collecting recipes of home cooking from different regions of the globe, which is why I chose an educational concept for my catering business. While in culinary school, I couldn't choose a single cuisine or specialty to go into and didn't know what to say when asked. I love cooking for friends and family and I love learning about food, so designing a business where I get to cook and pass on what I've learned seemed like the perfect solution.
