Dalla nostra partecipazione a Identità Golose 2010 sono nate ben 7 video interviste ad alcuni degli Chef più rappresentativi della cucina italiana d'autore!
Abbiamo avuto occasione di chiacchierare con Massimo Bottura, Igles Corelli, Elio Sironi, Viviana Varese, Niko Romito e Gaetano Riccio, le cui interviste troverete presto online sul blog di MadeinKitchen.
La prima intervista che proponiamo dalla serie è quella di Davide Oldani, tra gli Chef-autori più giovani del panorama culinario italiano e allo stesso tempo tra i più dotati.
